COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer on tap. Easy drinking with low hop and malt flavoring. A great all around session beer and very refreshing.

Draft on tap at the brewery (Florissant, MO). Pours a hazy golden hue, faint orange glow with cakey bright white head atop. Nice layer sticks around, nice lacing. Aromas are clean, a bit bready with faint lemon twang. Gentle straw, dry mellow kiss of earthy hops. Initial is lighter end of the fold, gentle bready and cereal malts, a bit of fruit, faint citrus, fresh baked bread, touches of dough with a bit of earthy floral bent. Middle is a bit of mellow sweetness, faint orange, bready malts. Crisp cereal, touches of straw and grass as we finish with a bit of bread yerast. Clean, tasty and pretty drinkable. A touch bitter on the back. This works.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and some sweet grains with a hint of biscuit. Flavor is similar with sweet grain and straw as well as a hint of grass.

3oz on tap at the brewpub, during my stay in STL for RBSG. Clear golden color. Thin off-white head, leaves great thicker lace. Medium body. Smooth kind of soft lightly creamy lighter carbonation. Plain bready doughy flavor. White bread, light bit of pepper. Moderate sweet taste. Decent blond ale. Kind of malty and bigger bodied.

Much darker and heavier than I was expecting. Surprised this is a blonde....more like a watered down pale ale.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a very small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were and left behind a no visible carbonation hazy golden yellow brown colored body and no lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The semi-thick mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish with a mellow malty aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of crisp hops and malt. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.

4 oz sampler at Ferguson. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Straw, earthy, grainy flavors. Tastes a little flat or oxidized.

Tap @ Ferguson. Called Golden Blonde on the menu. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Lightly floral, sweet malty, light citrusy nose. Soft herbal hoppy, a touch sweet lemon, light grainy, easy drinking flavor.

Tasted on tap at the brewpub. It poured a nice clear amber color with moderate white head, little lace. Aromas and flavors of grainy, marshmallowy pils malt, faint caramel, resiny and citrusy hops, fruity ale yeast esters. Mushy and a bit boring, but not deeply flawed. This is a forgiving style and not too hard to make interesting; I really wanted it to be better than it is.

Pint at the brewpub. This beer poured a golden that was hazy. A white soapy head left sticky and stringy lacing. Very soft nose of fruit and grain. Faint flavor of gentle hops, mild bitterness and grain. This is very light fare but it was nice on a very hot July night.

On Tap- Served a light golden color with a nice white head that faded to some lacing. Has a mild aroma of fresh grain with a hint of sweetness. Has a clean taste of fresh grain with some sweetness. Has a touch of bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, smooth and quite refreshing. has a nice balance. Nice Summertime beer. went quite well with my meal. This is a good session beer as it is not filling. Worth a try on a hot summer day.
