COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Close your eyes, take a sip…It’s like you’re in a biergarten in Germany! This German style unfiltered wheat has a pale golden straw color due to the use of 50% wheat malt in the recipe and the German yeast really shines through giving the beer a great banana/clove flavor and aroma.

16 oz. from the tap at the brewpub. This beer poured a hazy golden with a thin layer of foam. Both aroma and flavor were cloves and bubblegum. Just a bit of banana and yeast. Some earthiness was noted. Feel began quite nice but thinned out some by the finish. A very nice hefe.

Tasted a sampler and it poured a hazy yellow with an off-white head. The aroma was smooth and it had a medium / light body. The finish was good, a decent beer.

Pours hazy yellow with an off-white head. the aroma has smooth weaht and lots of banana. Medium / light body that is light for the style and has somewhat sharp carbonation. The finish is a bit metallic. Okay beer.

On Tap- Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small head that fades quickly to a light lacing. Has a clean fresh smell with a hint of sweetness and light citrus aroma.Taste is clean and refreshing with a slight taste of citrus. Has a fairly light body that is smooth and goes down easy. Has a nice clean finish. This beer is very drinkable as I ordered a second pint without even thinking about it. A beer that is very refreshing on a hot day. I normally am not a big fan of Hefeweizen beers but this was worth the try.

Tasted 4/25/10. Sampler from a flight from the brewpub. Hazy with a golden hue. White ring of head. Aromas of floral perfume with orange citrus undertones. Light to medium bodied with a touch bananas and floral. Good esters with a mild finish. Touch bitter in the finish. Little off style, but still easy and quenching.
