2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 thedm (4774) - Fort Wayne, USA - FEB 16, 2013
This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a softly carbonated slightly hazy light yellow colored body and a good lacing. The weak aroma was malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish. The flavor contained notes of wheat dough hops and malt. An OK brew just nothing special.

Tap @ Ferguson. Pours a touch hazy, golden appearance with a white head. Kind of sweet pils malty, slight veggie aroma. Kind of chewy grainy, herbal, zippy yeasty flavor. Not bad but unimpaired.

Tap at the brewery. Poured a golden color with a smaller white head. Head went rather quickly. Aroma was mild hops, grass and citrus. Flavor was grass, lemon zest and malts. Kind of thin and watery. Not a lot to this beer. Still better than other beers in the style.

Tasted 6/19/11. Growler from the Brewpub. Pours hazy, with a straw golden hue. Clinging brainy off-white head. Aromas of bready malts and a slight lemony citrus nuance. Medium bodied with a good palate and a bone dry finish. Quite a bit of cereal malts and a bright grassy hop flavor. Nice and fresh and perfect for this time of year!
