Jan 15, 2009 Bouteille verte, avec bouchon de liège, de 375 ml reçu en cadeau de la part de mes parents. Arôme: Légère odeur de pommes sucrées. Apparence: La couleur est dorée. Saveur: Goût de pommes confites avec une pointe d’érable. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture sirupeuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Nov 18, 2006 375 ml bottle shared with jerc, Gibrew, and Brewnoser. Still pale straw colour. Apple and caramel aroma with some alcohol notes. Simple sweet apple flavours, light caramel, tartness in the finish. Medium to full bodied. Simple but tasty ice cider.

Nov 11, 2006 375 mL bottle shared by OKBeer. Deep yellow body, headless. Sweet concentrated apple aroma. Similar flavour, sweet apple flavour with a tart bite at times, especially in the finsih. (7+) Medium paat is smooth without being heavy (3+). Its quite simple, but its also very pleasant. A very drinkable strong cider, but it lacks the complexity of many others. I liked this a lot, but would probably not pay what it costs to try it again.
