Dark golden body with a fast disappearing big bubbled head white head; Super big nos, some marzipan pit notes, but there are also quite a bit of apple juice that has been left a little to long in the sun aromas; Quite dry a little harsh, lots of big bubbled sharp carbonation; Medium long finish, apple core aromas, sharp and dry, somehow the alcohol is bad Calvados like sharp.

Bottle 75cl.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, light rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, some rubber barnyard and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20090321]

Bottle, 5%. Good citric apple aroma, also slightly sweet. Clear golden colour. The flavour is on the sweet side, but has a good apple core bitterness to balance. Also a little citric note, quite well balanced.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fizzy and white head. Dry leathery and sulphorish aroma with a fresh apple note. Sweet apple flavoured with a distinct dry suplhorish base flavour and wooden note. Ends dry and yet with a fresh apple note. Dry and refreshing.

Bottle, thx to thewolf. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma issweet, apple, yeast. Flavour is sweet, apple, yeast, cellar notes, sour. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl, thx to thewolf. It pours a clear, golden body with a good carbonation and an off-white head. Apple-sourish on the nose, slight touch of yeast, as well as some cellar. The cellar is more evident in the flavor, with apples playing the lead role, and a nice sourness playing on your tongue. Sourish, teeth-cleansing mouthfeel, and a very sour and dry finish. I really couldn’t decide on this one. Somehow it do not deserve the 2.9 rating, but on the same time could have gotten a higher one. Guess my rating was a compromise between my opinions and my opinions. (080301)

Thewolf tasting. Pours a clear orange. Aroma of grapes and apples with a hint of viousity. Flavour is a bit sour, fresh and fruity.

Bottle. Golden colour. Sweet fruity aroma. Great sparkling mouthfeel. Sweet apple bit sour flavour.

Pours a wonderful golden with a big, fizzy and bubbly white head that fizzes away audibly and fast. Aroma is rather sweet apples. Mouthfeel is lively, high carbonation, but also very dry. Flavour is medium sour, lots of tones from fresh fruits. Good cider.

Orange, fresh, sweet yet bitter aroma, obvious apple taste. A nice experience, even if it is slightly dry.
