Cask Stillage at the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, Liverpool 20/02/2010 Fruit and hop aromas. Golden coloured hoppy fruity and a little resiny with a hint of dryness in a crisp pale and bitter malt finish.

Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Golden with a white pillow of a head. Aromas are leafy and green with light pine and spices. Yeasty with light caramel and spiced oranges. Flavours are yeasty with resinous yet woody pine and leafy, earthy notes. Herbal and green with a dry finish. Interesting.
