Cask Handpump at the Fernandes Brewery Tap, Wakefield 22/12/2007 Fruit aroma. Beige head. Dark red coloured fruity and slightly rich on the palate with a rum flavour. Crisp creamy and bitter lasting coffee roast finish.

Cask, Dispensary, Liverpool. Very dark mahogany tinged brown colour wiith a lingering, creamy, muddyish tan head. Sweet caramel malt very prominent in the aroma; demerara sugar and dark rum were there also, as in the flavour. Very warming and smooth. Am a lover of dark rum, which is my favourite spirit, so this had obvious appeal. Had never tasted a rum flavoured beer before, and thought this worked really well.
