Tried this on draught at Rip’s Eatery in Fernie. Very traditional blonde colour. Nice lavender nose with passionfruit. Flavour is admirable. Lots of orange citrus and light hops. The only confusing part is the massive creaminess that came along with this. Don’t get me wrong, I like a solid cream ale and it didn’t neccesarily take away from the beer...but for simple brew type its a mis-match. Still, this beer is currently in testing stage so I hope it becomes a mainstay!
