Some floral aroma. Amber coloured fruity and a little sour. Pale with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp full malt finish.

Jul 21, 2007 The first rating for the first beer here of a new brewery. Prominent amber color with a thin head; clear body with thin edges. A bit thin in flavor, too--caramel prominent with a light bitterness and a noticeable metallic edge too. Good start for the brewery. (cask at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford)
