Gravity at the Pig’s Ear Beer festival 4/12/207. A pleasant enough amber bitter. Fruity malt aroma followed by a bitter flavour and dry finish.

Cask Handpump at the New Oxford, Salford 04/05/2007 Some floral aroma. Amber coloured fruity and a little sour. Pale with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp full malt finish.

The first rating for the first beer here of a new brewery. Prominent amber color with a thin head; clear body with thin edges. A bit thin in flavor, too--caramel prominent with a light bitterness and a noticeable metallic edge too. Good start for the brewery. (cask at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford)
