bottle, bought somewhere in South Wales, presumably at Tescos Pontypool. Hazy brown colour, mid-sized creamy off-white head. Malty nose with hints of raisins. Full-bodied, intensive malty base with hints of caramel, toffee and raisins. Well-balanced, a delicious beer.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Soapy, fruity and light herbal aroma. Flavour is fruity and floral. Is quite thin bodied. Light dry. Fruity end with a vague touch of bitterness.

Cask, Leicester Fest 07. Chestnut brown with a small head. Aromas are chocolate malts with toffee. Some citrus and spices. Flavours are malty with citrus. Slightly sour and a bit unbalanced. Still drinkable, though. Grapefruit bitterness on the finish.

Hazy brown beer. Crisp and dry palate. Fairly sour and fruity beer. Not lambic sour but not what I was expecting. Over dry finish but intriguing flavour.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, moderate hoppy, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
