COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This medium bodied American style IPA has an alluring golden glow and beautifully blends three strains of hops. While strong citrus notes ambush your taste buds halfway through the palate, the beer finishes very crisp and dry.

July 15, 2015. Growler from the brewery, filled the same day.
Hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is dank and fruity with orange, lime, peach, mango, chives, grass and pine. Taste is light to medium sweet, soft bitterness. Finish is soft and medium grassy and piney bitter, dank and citrusy with sweet tropical fruits and some chive notes. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
First beer in Vermont, not a bad start...

Pint at Family Table. Hazy golden with a thin white head. Strong tropical fruit, a bit of citrus, pepper, resin, light malt support. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Really fruity, lightly resinous, almost a licorice flavor, minty; dry with fairly strong bitterness and a very fruity finish. Really nice.

On tap at the brewery. Clear blond. Cream coloured head. Good, juicy fruit hop. Plenty of resinous notes. Grainy malts. Taste is on the sweeter side of piny hop. Palate is smooth, and creamy. Finishes light, resinous bitter. Super easy drinking.

On tap à Burlington, Vermont.

Golden with a medium white head. Aroma is mild pine. Flavor is a little piney with a touch of astringency. Light malt, but we’ll balanced.

Light pale yellow, clear, white head. Light melon, some citrus. A bit of pine. Crisp bitterness, dry. Shorter finish, very clean. Good.

Growlette brought home and poured into a nonic. The appearance was a hazy pale orange color with a foamy one finger white head that left some stringy lacing here and there in a messy sort of way. The smell had some citrus with a sweet grassiness and opening up into some light orange/tangerine aromatics. The taste offered a nice blend between the sweet citrus to the bitter rind-like part of the citrus side. Grassiness subsides a bit and bleeds into the aftertaste. There’s a semi-dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable aspect about it. Carbonation feels nice for the style and for me, nothing sharp just enough, and still allowing the bitterness to be the harshness on my tongue. Overall, this was a nicely done IPA that I would have again.
