(bottle) Clear, bubbly deep golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty and biscuity aroma with a tinge of sugar beet and herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty taste with biscuits and notes of candied fruits; sweet malty and shy hop bitter finish with traces of alcohol. All in all a likeable pale Bock. 06.IX.09

500 ml bottle courtesy of Doodler poured a clear amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of carmel, graininess, earthiness and light fruttiness. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, graininess, light earthiness and light fruittiness with a crisp lingeing carmel finish.

500ml bottle. Special thanx to kappldav123!!! The beer in glasss is bright orange-yellow with a good, high head. Smells dominat sweet malty.Starts very sweet, almost too sweet for a German Bock. Then a good aftertaste, slightly alcoholic, malty-bitter taste comes through. Really good, palatable Bock!

Bottled. Clear bronze colour, brief head. Light buttery nose. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. With low hop rate the buttery fruity malt gets highly exposed, revealing a rather simple structure. A rather basic bock, more functional than good.

Bottle thansk to kappl, had at home. Alround rating: Sweet pale malt, bit of toffee flavour, peppery lightly herbal hop, the alcohol seems to be showing here, its over carbonated. Its what i expect from bocks these days.

Bottle.
Pours a weak tea brown with an aroma of weak green tea and leaves. Slight molasses tinge in there as well. Flavor is doughy malt with a hint of earthy molasses in the finish. Thin mouthfeel. I bet a fresh bottle would be a lot better.

Bottle from kappldav123, thanks!. Deep golden color. Malty aroma and flavor with peach and cake dough. Just a hint of flowery hops and alcohol. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of kappldav123. It pours a deep golden, almost amber beer with a small fizzy off white head. Sweet with notes of honey, nutmeg and fennel in both nose and taste. Buttery, somewhat christmassy. Malt accentuated. Low bitterness. Very drinkable. Some raisins appearing. Sweet finish with onion sneaking in. Dissapointing. Thanks a lot kappldav123!
