Draft at Stone sour fest 2012. Muddy Orange pour, small off white head. Musty over ripe fruit, sweet malt, earth, vinegar, and light sourness. Not very pleasant.

Pours a brownish color with a small off-white head. Just a really weird aroma to this. Its a little meaty, almost bacon-like, a touch salty, too. The aroma is full of sawdust and is overly earthy. A mild vinegar note and some sweet malt. Intense wood and earthy flavors, almost like raw mushrooms. Some vinegar, saw dust, and vanilla. Just not good in any way.

BVery (9574) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUN 6, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 Tap at Monks Cafe. Hazy orange brown pour with a clingy head. Big sour cherry nose. Sharp sour palate. Awesome sour fruit taste. Tremendous.
