Smakprov från flaska på Beer Ditch. Svart öl med ett lättare brunt skum. Doft av choklad, rostade toner, bourbon och trä. I smaken tillkommer karamell, vanilj och lite fler rostade toner.

Bottle at Urge Gastropub. Pours opaque black with a small, frothy beige head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is sweet whiskey, oak, vanilla, and dates, figs, toast and roast malt. Flavor is dark chocolate malt, roast notes, earthy hops, light bitterness, dark fruits, sweet whiskey and a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2015 Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque pitch black color, medium to full sized dark brown head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, some hops, and superbly balanced, a hint of vanilla. Taste appears to be similar: malts, roasted malts, quite some bourbon, quite some alcohol, some bitter. Intense.

Bottle @ benzai. Pitch black colour with a huge sized medium brown head. Smells coconut, roasty, coffee, bounty bar, chocolate, sweet, nice. Tastes cocos, bounty candy bar, chocolate, roasty, sweet. Amazing, long masting taste. Full body, soft carbo, slightly alcoholic. Nice.

Pours a dark and thick cola brown with a light tan head that clings to the glass. Good lacing. Vanilla, bourbon, coffee, oak, chocolate malt balls, toffee candies, rich soil, rhubarb and graham crackers. Body is full with some oily and tacky character. Tastes are similar to aroma. Vanilla and minerals are strong with toffee, molasses, chocolate covered raisins. Middle is dries with cocoa and chalk. Ending continues to act dry with bitter grasses and minerals and bakers chocolate.
