Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured black color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted sweet chocolate and bourbon wood aroma. Copious body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy dark bourbon sweet flavor with a medium to heavy complex sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My high expectations where met with a standout beer.

22 oz bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the Fifty West guys. Pours a dark cola brown color with a small khaki colored head that sticks to the glass for a long time. The aroma has strong wet bourbon, wood, chocolate, with dark fruits. The flavor has more bourbon, wood, chocolate, vanilla, dark fruit, some roasted coffee that grew with warming, solid variant.

Thatíll be me 20K then @ ChrisOís. Big thanks to FoneFan for hauling this one over. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry, Decent fine carbonation. Surprisingly thin dark malts with reasonable dark chocolate. Little spice. Mild dark fruits amid the mellow bourbon. Thin dry finish. Tasty but thin.

Bottle shared during Kennyís 20k tasting in London - many thanks to Jan for this one! Pours oily black-brown with a frothy, beige head. Sugary chocolate on the nose, some brown bread, dark fruits. Medium sweet flavour with earthy bitterness, charred malts, baking cocoa, ash. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, with notes of burnt sugars, more bitter earth, dried fruits, chocolate. Tasty stuff, but it almost seemed a little thin. I normally love the FiftyFifty BA impy stouts, but this one was just OK.

Bottle thanks to Jan, shared at Kennyís 20K tasting. It pours black with a thick tan head. The nose is rich, sweet, bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, light varnish/paint-stripper vibe, cake, mild acidity, coffee grounds and a touch of green vegetables. The taste is rich, slick, roasted maltage, chocolate, wood, toffee, vanilla, fudge, charred stuff, chocolate brioche and warming alcohol through the finish. Full body, fine carbonation and slick mouth-feel. Pretty well-rounded. Rather decent stuff.
