Vintage 2013. Silver wax.

Bomber shared at Craft. Dense and thick jet black pour with nose if dark malts, bourbon, oak, molasses. Dense flavor, thivk on the tongue, with more bourbony and malty flavor, plus woody and earthy flavors.

From notes. 2013 Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours dark brown with a scant beige head. Aroma is chocolate and bourbon. Flavor is chocolate, smooth bourbon. I liked the mouthfeel on this one better than the other variants.

The last bottle in the vertical of Eclipse barrel with the Four Roses in my fridge for another day. Big thanks going to Adam on this lineup. Deep roasted aroma with bourbon oak, vanilla and roasted grain. Slightly lighter in body then the other variants with an oily texture over the tongue.
Flavor is pretty much the same as the aromas. Still a very nice Imperial BBA stout but nowhere near my favorite barrel. But still very tasty… quality but not my personal taste.

2013 version, pitch black 1 finger dark head. nose is sweet and there’s a lot of vanilla and brown sugar with this one. Sweet taste, not as much roast as other eclipse beers. Lots of chocolate at the finish on this one. really good.

Bottle from Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours dark brown with a nice tan head and a chocolate and bourbon aroma. There is a full-bodied chocolate and treacle flavor with a pleasant bourbon finish. Aged this one for a year and it is pretty mellow.

22oz bottle pours dark black brown with a finger of head. Nose is bourbon booze dominant, light nutty chocolate cola spice and some faint oaky vanilla coffee bean. Taste is a bit thin up front, bourbon heavy, boozy spice, nutty chocolate and some dry oak, earthy dark fruit, finishes with some nice creaminess and lingering whiskey heat, thin cocoa and nestle quick. Good not great. Definitely not a $30 quality bomber...

Bottle at home. Pours opaque black with a medium, creamy tan head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy Maker’s Mark bourbon, roast malt, prunes and figs with earthy hops. Flavor is sweet dark malt and bourbon, vanilla, oak, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours Kanye West. Aroma has lots of chocolate milk and vanilla. Very sweet aroma. Taste follows, plenty of sweet white chocolate and milky. Too sweet for my tastes, but definitely still a respectable beer.
