COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We at FiftyFifty believe that beer is good. Especially this beer. Manifesto is one of FiftyFifty's flagship beers. This beer is a delight for those who take pleasure in craft beers and are looking for something that they can enjoy a few pints of. Manifesto has a restrained malt backbone of flavor with mild biscuit and caramel notes, and the hop character is light to moderate with mild earthiness evolving to a slightly more moderate citrus/piney finish. This is a beer of principle. 29 IBU

pours a copper color with a large off white head. Flavor is a bread malty flavor that finishes with a little herb.

Draft at Fifty Fifty. Clear golden amber, with white head. Caramel malt, grains, light citrusy hops. Pretty mild on the bitterness, more malt centered. It’s ok.

(on draught at FiftyFifty). Pours a hazy copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is bread, resin, pine and caramel malts. Taste is sweet with some bitterness. Medium bodied with an oily texture. Dry, bitter finish. Seems off-balanced to me.

A fairly mellow beer. Some biscuty flavors. A little malt backbone. A nice caramel color with little to no head (could have been the spectacularly shitty service we had delaying the beer reaching the table). Not much in the way of aroma.

Tap at the brewery. Copper color in the glass with a thick white head and excellent lacing. Caramel nose and taste. Hops help balance but malt sweetness stays with me.

[Tap] Pours a copper shade with about a half inch of cream colored head. Hops and biscuits in the aroma. Light hints of spice are also evident. Simple caramel base to the flavor profile. Citrus and light piney hops throughout. Average carbonation and mouthfeel. Not very complex, but a decent and sessionable brew.

On Tap. Pours a dark amber with little head. Bitter hop aftertaste, but not as bitter as some American Pale Ales

On tap at the brewpub. Pours light amber with a modest beige head and a bready aroma. There is a tasty pale malt flavor that is also bready, and a citrus finish.

Pours medium dark amber with a decent off white head. Citrus and pine in the nose. A bit more faint in the flavor with some caramel as well. A bit earthy in the finish. Easy drinking.

Sampled in a small quantity at brewhouse. Not much to this brew. Probably the weakest of their brews I have had. Served ice cold and with not too much flavor. Just alright...
