2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20 pch (1) - oceanside, California, USA - DEC 20, 2012Very yummy. I am normally an IPA lover, but do enjoy this smooth malty flavor especially super cold. Want to see how fast i can drink it? Big swigging, drink it cause you’re thirsty beer. Super delish.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 yackery (142) - California, USA - MAY 8, 2013
650ml (22oz) bottle. Short-lasting red dirty white sandy head over slightly hazy amber body with lots of distinct effervescent bubbles disappearing at the nearly headless top. Lacing is frosty for a few seconds.
Aroma is a fairly commercial cereal malt and fresh but otherwise unimpressive.
Taste is light sweetness, medium bitterness, with a hint of umami satisfaction. It is adequate but not compelling.
Body is a bit full and light oily or heavy creamy in the mouth with a clean finish except for lingering bitterness in the back of the mouth.
It is a low-abv red lager that I would not avoid and can recommend for sharing but would not want to drink a second in one night in lieu of any other good lager.

Bomber from Hi-Time. Pours deep ruddy copper with a slight head. Mild malt aroma. Med body. Flavor is sort of like a dilute brown ale. It even seems to be a little nutty. But there’s not a lot going on here.

Tap. Pours clear deep reddish amber, very small white head, little lacing. Aroma is caramel malts and grain. Flavor is the same, light sweet, minimal bitterness, not much going on here. Light body, light metallic finish that is characteristic of ambers and reds. Meh.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 womencantsail (6867) - Garbage Grove, California, USA - DEC 24, 2012
Amber pour with a white head. Toasted malt and bread on the nose. A slight sugar note, some sweet, fruity esters, mostly apple. A light floral note and some yeast. The flavor has a light grassiness, but is nice otherwise. Sweet bread, toast, toffee, and sugar. Floral hops, minimal bitterness, fruit esters and yeast.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 BOLTZ7555 (2374) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - NOV 15, 2012
Beautiful crimson, burnt tangerine hue with a small eggshell head that diminishes to film and ring. Nose is subtle and subdued, with caramel malt, toffee, honey and brown sugar notes. Flavor definitely doesn’t add anything dynamic or interesting. Sweetness without anything discernible. Would love to say anything stood out but I’d be lying. Enjoy and appreciate the low ABV...but there are many in this and other styles that are more enjoyable and sessionable.

I had this beer on draft in Solvang. This clear golden pour had both a sweet aroma and flavor. I didn’t get much in the way of hops or malts; it just had a sweet flavor
