5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This is by far the best Double IPA I have ever had. One of my favorite beers at Fig. Happy to see them in bottles now too.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
I poured this into my trusty snifter glass and got a nice copper colored brew with 1/2 a fingers worth of a khaki colored head that quickly dissipated. The aroma was amazing and had a great woodsy smell to it along with some grass and citrus fruits. The taste is very earthy and piney bursting with hop goodness that balances well with the malt and completely masks the 8% ABV. The mouth feel is medium to light medium and leaves a nice lingering after taste that is slightly tart. Truly a great DIPA

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a copper red with an antique white head. Head retention was noted to be excellent. Tangy grapefruit nose. Nice mouthfeel. Wonderful, complex DIPA. Malty up front, yielding to a rush of grapefruit, and finishes with a pine bitterness that lingers on the palate. Figueroa Mountain knocks it out of the park again!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This IPA comes to life. One of the more drinkable West Coast DIPAís that I have come across. Citrus, piney, bubblegum on the first taste. I think it is more than 8% so I had two of these and took it easy after that but very tasty.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber bought from Whole Foods. I had their IPA earlier and enjoyed it alot, this is really good as well. Big nose of pungent hop blast explosions......dark dark orange, very clear. Taste is a great balance of big malts with hoppy bitterness and punch. For a brewery that Iíve never heard of prior to buying 2 bombers at WF this afternoon, Iím very impressed! I will buy more of this stuff.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22oz bomber pours clear copper with thin gold edges and a white head of foam and leaving behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up tropical mango fruitiness mixing with orange citrus hard candy and maybe a thin floral hop note around the edges. The taste is solid with rich hops coming from mango and grapefruit and malt sweetened lime. I get a pleasing mix of hop flavor and hop bitterness to midway. Into the finish the malt sweetened citrus note fades leaving tasty grapefruit like hop bitterness. This isnít a style pushing offering but darn good.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
650ml bomber from bev4less. Pours a clear copper color with a medium off-white head that has good retention and ample lacing. The aroma is mostly grapefruit with a touch of pine and some floral. The taste is citrus hops forward with grapefruit, oranges, melons and limes. Backing up the citrus is a caramel malt backbone and some piney resins. The palate is silky smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with some melons in the aftertaste. Overall: Very, very bitter, they need to dial it down just a notch to make this a top flight brew. That aside, its good stuff.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Beverages 4 Less in Santee, CA. Go Fred! Pours clear copper with a creamy off-white head. Lots of hop. Resin, floral, citrus. Med body. Flavor is very hoppy. Citrus, resin and I think floral. Itís bitter as all get out. Oh, thereís some light roast caramel backbone. But if you donít look for it, it may not stand up. This finishes NW dry and bitter, but not quite so harsh as many. Extremely nice!

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at UnionAle, Santa Barbara CA. Light amber almost see-through. White head disappeared quickly. Strong sweet grapefruit scent, awesome. Tangy citrus grapefruit flavor. Hops are super juicy, not terribly bitter but very very good. Medium body, high carbonation. Finish is toasty nut flavor and more pine-hop bitter.
