3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 ADfan (481) - Orange County, California, USA - APR 28, 2013
Pours a pale golden color with a medium head. The nose has Belgian yeast and some bananas. Taste has some lemon and straw but it comes together for a crisp easy drinking beer. Nice finish.
4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20 DocJitsu (305) - California, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Pours a gorgeous platinum blonde with a white head that fades relatively quickly with no lacing. Bouquet characterized by notes of banana, lemon zest, and Belgian yeast. Wonderful mouthfeel, perfect carbonation, and banana and lemon zest make this a remarkable and easy-drinking pilsner. But what makes it truly terrific is the smooth and quickly vanishing floral finish. Because the brain recognizes that it is a pilsner, the finish of this beer can almost be described as sweet. This is by far the best pilsner I’ve ever drunk. Figueroa Mountain--you know what you’re doing.

Tap. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head, good lacing. Aroma of grass, grain. Taste is the same with very little sweetness and a light grassy bitterness. Body is light, finish is crisp.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 womencantsail (6880) - Garbage Grove, California, USA - DEC 24, 2012
A clear golden pour with a white head. Corn and white grape sweetness, notes of apple, grain, and biscuit. Some straw, grass, and floral notes, too. The flavor is quite sweet and heavy on the grain. A bit of apple, some white grape, and lots of corn and sugar. Pretty lackluster hop profile of straw and grass.

Amazing pilsner! Great balance, mellow aroma, fantastic peanut butter finish. I would buy a case of 22s. No brainer, I'd order this again. Love it!

Bottle. Light golden yellow pour with a froth of white foam. Aroma is light, toasty malt and a bland cardboard finish. Taste is light malt with some biscuit and a small bit of hops. Presents like a generic lager and not a pilsner. Did not care for this beer but it was less flawed than the IPA.

Pours a lovely yellow color. Good solid pils here. A little bit of citrus, a bit of grain taste and super easy to drink. One of the better pils out there. On par with the Lagunitas version.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a clear golden body and no head. Aromas are a bit sweet, fruity, grainy and grassy. Light floral hop aroma. A decent amount of sulfur. Flavors are grainy, a bit sweet. A bit of sharp bitterness mid palate. Flavors linger a bit. Hay. Fizzy, a bit thin, finishes dry.
