3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Poured clear dark brown color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate complex toasted malt, hop and fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy balanced bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid complex beer.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A pretty typical amber ale with a higher alcohol percentage. Some alcohol is detected throughout but isn’t necessarily masked well. Some sweetness but a pretty light body.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Resin, pine, and cereal on the nose, this reddish beauty retains its off white head well. It is medium bodied, creamy, and a little oily. The taste confirms the aroma, and finishes pleasantly bitter. Grab some if you have a chance.
