A little hay, floral notes, touch of citrus, banana, clove, and alcohol were the detectable aromas. Looks like a witbier, hazy pale gold with a frothy white head. Taste reveals light sweetness followed by light bitterness, with a bit of sting from the alcohol. The light body, thin texture, and lively carbonation helped clear the alcohol, but it was not well hidden. Otherwise, this could be a fine imperial witbier.
