German style Wheat Ale - begins with notes of spice and clove and finishes with a light banana tone lightly hopped with Hallertauer, Mittlefruh, and Tettnang hops. A delightful spring libation.

Some cereal, floral, banana, and clove were present in the aroma. A bit dark for a hefe, in my opinion, but that is not a issue. It is a bit thin, even by hefe standards, and there is none of the lingering creaminess that some have. A little disappointing, as it takes you half way there and but the flavor fades after the initial hop rush.

I thought this was a fairly typical wheat beer. A little more on the pale ale side. Light and clean. Medium body. Moderate hops.
