Ughsmash (2612), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA May 1, 2008 Thanks to Sune for bringing this to the Flossmoor party! Poured clear, brighter golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up corn and an assortment of other odd adjuncts, but overall it was sweet and non-offensive. The flavor was sweet as well with corn, honey, and pale malts at the core.. just the lightest herbal bitterness surrounded.. again quite decent. Light-bodied and sweet on the palate with OK balance.. very drinkable.
alexsdad06 (496), Ohio, USA May 5, 2008 12 oz. can courtesy of Sune at the Flossmoor party. Pours a clear golden color with a smallish white head. The aroma was on the lighter side and included pale malts, grass, corn, and some off smells. The fact that it had an aroma already puts it ahead of most pale lagers. The flavor was nothing special and was moderately sweet pale malts and mildly bitter. Light bodied, drinkable. Bov (4446), Bienne, Switzerland Jun 12, 2006 Updated: Feb 17, 2007courtesy of Oakes - clear golden colour, little foam and a nice lace; strong metallic nose with a touch of plastic; sweet and oily with an unclean malt palate; no bitterness and a metallic finish - very bad BeerPrince (1684), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Jun 8, 2006 Light amber with nice head retention. Aroma is malty and grassy. Flavour is a little flat and thin. Some malts and a touch of apple but pretty simple. fiulijn (5300), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Apr 11, 2006 Can Blond color.
