One of the favorites in the country :-) Not really a beer expert, but am very particular when it comes to taste, appearance and the after effects. This beer is comes in the ugly ancient-looking bottles, just like fiji bitter and the new taki beer! Other than that, it’s nice beer

12 ounce can thanks to Luke. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. Grainy light fruity nose. The flavor is doughy, light almost sour straw, some sweeter fruit, basically a grainy earthy lager. OK. Fiji tick! Hell yes.

375ml stubby bottle pours a clear golden color with a finger and a half of white head that leave some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy and grainy. Taste is a grassy and spicy hop bitterness with a malty sweetness. Grainy mouth feel. Light bodied with decent carbonation. A typical lager, similar to most domestic lagers.

375ml can. Golden amber colour with a soft white head, clear and waht you expect from a pale lager. Grainy aroma is not much to get excited about while the flavor is not too bad, sweet and malty.

Hazy yellow beer with small floaties. Yeasty aroma with light fruits. Sweet fruity taste with some bitterness midway. Almost like a very light blanche. Thanks to Presario. May 2004.

Test vom 25.4.2006, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 6,7,12,6,7,7 - 7,50

Several cans while on vacation in Fiji. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy and faintly sweet base, with straw, and very mild bitterness. Decent.

(Can) Pours gold with lots of sediment. Thin white head. Nose is yeasty, malt with a mild cantaloupe melon. Watery, with the slighest of hops and malt taste. Thanks to Lubiere for sharing this with me...

12oz can from a vacation co-worker who was able to get me a (second) Fiji tick. Shared. A: Gushy head, orange-straw. Head turns into a thin white trail. N: Dough, cracker, pineapple, pine, biscuits ,grains, and grapes. T: Sweet dough, a tiny amount of bitterness, and some unexpected sourness. M: Oily with a medium body. Bigger than I’d expect for the style. O: Mediocre at best, but I’d rather have the bitter if I was sitting in Fiji.
