COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Finch’s Pale Ale is a refreshing experience from the pop of the top. Its fresh and hoppy taste with just enough supporting malt makes it easy to kick back more than just one. Our late kettle additions of American hop varieties and dry hopping techniques make this beer one of our favorites. The citrus hop character balanced with a malty backbone creates a delicious, accessible pale ale that is sure to satisfy with every sip. Enjoy this pale with just about any pairing of your choice.

Can.
Appearance: Slightly hazy orange body with very little head.
Aroma: Weak aroma with orange peel and key lime, but it’s very weak.
Taste: Crisp and bright with a hint of bitterness towards the end, which is overpowered by an earthy doughy finish.
Palate: Crisp body, moderately carbonated.
Overall: This does nothing for me. I don’t care to drink it and I don’t get enjoyment from it. I’d drink it for free, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Can from Maltitude in Columbus, GA. Poured into a pint glass. Pours an amber color, clear, with solid white head that dissipates into a medium thick film. Aroma is light citrus hops and strong orange peel and spicy / toast malt notes as well. Taste is citrusy orange hops with toasty, caramel malts. Not overly sweet. Interesting mix of hops / malts here, but something seems off in the balance. Cant pinpoint what it is. Palate is medium carbonation, thin texture, slightly bitter finish. Wouldn’t drink again.

Smooth pale ale, has hop flavor but not too hoppy. Spices provide a unique flavoring.

Fr0m a can, b0ught at a nearby supermarket: It p0urs a hazy light amber b0dy with a sudsy, r0cky beige head and l0ts 0f lace. It smells 0f sweet 0ranges, tangerine, a hint 0f t0ffee, and s0me s0apy yeast. It tastes 0f citrus rind, s0me 0ranges, and a generic pale malt flav0r, finishing with a dry citrus rind bitterness. Refreshing.

Draft->mini lager at RFD. Murky orange-amber with small white head. Buddy at the bar remarked that it looks like unicorn ejaculate. I will try to not let that negatively influence my review, but damn. Citrus and floral hops, grass, resin, toasted malt. Bit of a mess, really.

I had this at the hotel bar in Naperville. Pours orangish with a off white head. Taste bitter, citrus. I thought this was bad. I wouldn't drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the 1 pint can. The pour is orange-amber with a slight cloudiness that could be connected to a chill haze. The nose begins with roasted pale malts, orange, and a modest piney and floral hop scent. Light to medium body. The taste evolves from a creamy sort of malty and orange character into a full bitter finish.

Earthy, pine hop, sugar and soap. Nearly cleat orange, fine haze. Malt sweetness up front, dull bitter finish. Kind of on the watery side, no hop bite to speak of, which is the main reason I’m disappointed here. APA’s shouldn’t be so soft.
