I had this at the hotel bar in Naperville. Pours orangish with a off white head. Taste bitter, citrus. I thought this was bad. I wouldn't drink this again.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
From the 1 pint can. The pour is orange-amber with a slight cloudiness that could be connected to a chill haze. The nose begins with roasted pale malts, orange, and a modest piney and floral hop scent. Light to medium body. The taste evolves from a creamy sort of malty and orange character into a full bitter finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Earthy, pine hop, sugar and soap. Nearly cleat orange, fine haze. Malt sweetness up front, dull bitter finish. Kind of on the watery side, no hop bite to speak of, which is the main reason I’m disappointed here. APA’s shouldn’t be so soft.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale orange hue. Small head. Nice floral hop aroma, highlighted by tangerine sweetness. Slightly watery up front, missing something. Malt comes in solidly though, dry and toasty. A bit of rye-like spice. Hops are in there too, playing well with the malt and waiting patiently for their turn. Orange juice like hop flavor in the back. Not much bitterness until the finish where it starts to increase and linger. Really quite drinkable and enjoyable.

16oz can. Pours a medium golden with very little white head that doesn’t stick around. It’s not horrible but pretty bland overall. Below average pale ale.

Not much too be excited about beginning middle or end. Hop finish is pretty bitter for the amount (lack of) flavor.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
1 pint can. Mine says 5.6% ABV. A cloudy amber/rust pour with a smallish beige head. Plenty of earthy graininess in the aroma along with some caramel, biscuits, grapefruits, citrus rinds, and some resiny pine. Medium-bodied. The taste starts with a little caramel and a good deal of earthy grains. Some juicy citrus fruits and rinds follow. There is a strangely interesting orange tang at the end. A dusting of spice. Slightly musty/funky. Bitter and resiny. Not bad.
