3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a murky brown color with a large creamy/soapy orange-brown head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was pine, pineapple and crystal malt. The flavor was sour crystal malt, pine, resin and a bit of earthy hops. Medium length sour pine finish. Medium body. Alcohol well hidden. Ok.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Serving: 16 oz. can from State Line Liquors. It pours a deep ruddy color with a small off white head. The nose is a mix of pine resin, earth, dark caramel, and toasted malt. A good bit of citrus comes into play with the pine on the tongue. Still malt heavy with a good bit of bread, toasted malt, and dark caramel. Mouthfeel is good, but the flavor seems a touch out of balance.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy light tan colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent cola brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The balanced aroma was brown ale vinous and musty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of vinous brown malt and hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can. Poured 7/11/13. Pours a cloudy red-brown with a thin, fast to fade off-white head. Aroma is pineapple, bread, rye, caramel; simple but really nice. Taste is spicy, rye, bread, fruit, caramel, nice bitterness, creamy; finish is mild bitterness and fruit; again, there’s a certain simplicity here that is really nice. Some nice lacing. Rich full body. Medium carbonation. Should it win any awards? Probably not. Should it be drank? Absolutely.

I think the user "nearbeer___" below me nailed it - ditto what he said. The fact that I can acquire this beer in a can is the icing on the cake. Will be picking this one up regularly!
