4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Not a boring standard blonde, this has a nice citrusy hop flavor to it. Still zesty like a blonde should be, but the light hoppy bitterness makes it stand out to me.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
16 ounce can - $2.09 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours out a lightly hazed, golden-hued body with a tall, sudsy, white head. If nothing else, it’s at least a good-looking blonde.
Smell: Modest maltiness in the nose hinting a thin sliver of sweetness atop broader hop notes of citrus, florals, and a zestful grassiness.
Taste: Light taste of brioche lightly brushed with wildflower honey for a bit of sweetness. Slightly floral, citrusy hops with a bit of spiciness to it. Grows more grassy on the back half and into the dry, moderately bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It’s solid for a blonde/golden ale.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours light golden with a thin wispy off-white head. Notes of bitter hop resin, vinous, herbal, citric, pale malt, sweet bread. Medium bodied, bitter and resinous with lush carbonation. This is one of the better golden ales (and most hoppy) that I’ve rated.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can. Initially sweet fresh pineapple aroma, and then some malt as it warmed. Hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Light malty flavor with a dry grassy, floral, citrus hops finish. Light crisp body. Very nice, and hit the spot on a hot day.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. I quite liked the clean crispness of this beer. Beautiful golden body with some sexy white lacing. Aroma of clean malts and crisp light hops. Flavor was easy drinking sweet golden malt and light hops. Quite a nice brew that I’d gladly take camping.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
16oz can courtesy of the Brink Lounge. Hazy, unfiltered orange-yellow-tan. Thinnish white/off-white head. Smooth mellow aroma, clean malt and some mild orange sourdough hops. The lack of filtration works well with this one, giving it some nice, creamy yeast tones that smooth out it already mellow, medium body. A pretty respectable offering, way above par for the style. My only gripe is that this is sold in what I consider a premium price point, while it is a standard ingredient beer. All that aside, this is still well crafted, as has a lot of character.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap. Poured a clear gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges and laced. Aroma had a decent amount of pine and grassy hops backed by a smooth grain and bread backbone. Flavor began with light pine that transitioned to a grassy note that combined with the malty notes of hay and grain.
