Pour out of 22 oz bottle, dark reddish brown pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, whiskey, some nice dark fruit, some brown sugar into a bit of yeast, spice, nice earthy notes. Taste is a mix of dark fruit, brown sugar, toffee, hints of caramel into a bit of honey, vanilla, oak, and whiskey notes, finishing sweet, slightly bitter. Pretty nice.

Scent of malt and some barrel age whiskey. Poured dark with a slight foam. The taste was malt, whiskey but a lighter taste vs the a heavier feel. The palate was clean, and overall a very nice beer.
