Canned. Pours deep brown with a large, lacing tan head. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, chocolate notes, citrus and earthy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up being more dry and pleasant bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice BIPA indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pours almost black with average mostly dimishing off-white head. Aroma is orange, pine, caramel, coffee, nuts. Light sweet, medium to heavy bitter, bit salty finish. Only medium body, almost watery texture, average carbonation. Pretty great, but lacks on the body side.

Can. Very dark brown - almost black, large and mostly lasting light brown head. Moderate to full, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and light - some roasted malt, light tropical fruitiness, piney - light citrus hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel and light roasted malt with light coffee and tropical fruitiness, piney - light citrus hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, faint caramel and light - some roasted malt/faint burnt malt with faint tropical fruitiness, piney - some citrus hoppyness, faint alcohol. Nice BIPA - roasted and well hopped, not too sweet/not too much caramel. Nice head. Could be little bit drier.

Canned at Haket, Göteborg. Black beer with a small head. Hoppy licorice aroma, then turning sour. Sourish probably infected flavor, really poor.

Draft. A black beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, spices, hops, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, citrus fruits, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

(Can, 0.473 l, from Alko, 20160814) The beer poured black with an enormous lightly brown head. Aroma had burnt malts, pine and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, pine, liquorice, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, hoppy and bitter. A decent hoppy and burnt brew.

Black pour, deep red against the light, with a creamy tan head. Very hoppy IPA aroma, lots of pine, a bit of dark chocolate, roasted malts. Taste has a strong flavour of roasted malts, bitter and dry, some coffee and chocolate towards the end. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy, medium carbonation. It’s actually pretty good even though I’m still on the fence about this style.
