Draught at the brewpub. Only Svetlo. Pale golden coloured, small airy head. Few streams of carbonation. Untipical home made beer, more like Warsteiner or Bitburger. Short bitter finish.

01/08 Draught at the brewpub. It poured hazy pale golden body with medium sized head. Sourish unpasteurized aroma, quite weak, slightly herbal. Bitter flavor, despite its thin body. It’s quite strange bitterness, like chalky woody cardboard, or somehow herbal if you think in that way. Initially a disappointment, specially as it’s thin, but with every sip it becomes better, refreshing and pleasant. Shorter, more sweet than bitter finish. Strange one, but wasn’t so bad to me as it was to ogi.
