COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Finnegans Irish Amber is brewed with three varieties of imported two-row malts. The beer is pale amber in color but light in body. A gentle hop bitterness compliments its complex malt character.

Finnegans is currently available on tap and in liquor stores throughout the state of Minnesota. Finnegans is unique in that 100% of the profits are donated to The Finnegans Community Fund which disburses grants to help the working poor and at-risk youth throughout Minnesota.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into clear cup. Appearance: Light golden-amber with slight head and minimal lacing. Aroma: Very light malts, with caramel and slight spicy hops. Taste: Mild caramel malts with a slight hop finish. Palate: Moderately high carbonation, light to medium body, semi-dry finish. Overall: Easy to drink and quite pleasant, but nothing special.

A pretty normal irish ale, nothing particularly fancy about it. Cheers!

On tap in Minneapolis. Not too bad. Kind of malty but rather characterless overall.

Finnegans has an aroma of yeast and grassy hops and malt. On sipping, I get a very strong taste of barley and malt. There’s a rather savory taste as well, and slightly sweet. This is a decent beer, probably good for people who like lagers but want to move onto ales, and want a good transition beer.

Normally I don’t like this style of beer too much, but this one took me by surprise a little on the first sip. Pours golden amber (like on the bottle haha) small amount of head that disappears very soon. This one is crisp and refreshing. It’s more a summertime beer, not sure why I grabbed this one other than it looked interesting. Nice use of hops, the biggest downside of this beer is it is too yeasty tasting.
