incutrav (497), Woodbury, Minnesota, USA May 11, 2005 This stuff is made frompotatoes, and when I heard the proceeds go to fight LUPUS, i knew it was good!! This is avaiable on tap in quite a few places in st paul, since its bottled here. A real tasty amber brew, no bones about it. thomasacross (128), Edina, Minnesota, USA May 10, 2007 Draft at Kip’s, St. Louis Park, MN. Summit did something that isn’t a hop-monster -- knock me over with a feather. In fact, this is a malt-monster with nice balance - a slightly-bitter finish. Very drinkable. Summit, you made a beer I want to drink... Wow. General_Gao (2442), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Nov 20, 2006 Draught at Kieran’s Irish Pub in Minneapolis, MN. Clear light amber color with thin white head that left some lace on the glass. Attractive malty caramel aroma and flavor with an almost buttery flavor at the end. Slightly sweet on the tongue. Very good beer on tap. GaltScat (196), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Jan 22, 2007 Malt, hops, and starch fill the aroma and taste. A very mild bitterness mixes with a nice malt throughout the travel in the mouth. The flavor also has a nice smoothness and taste from the potatoes. andrewtroth (25), Eagan, Minnesota, USA Mar 8, 2007 Refreshing and tasty, if a bit light. It lacks the unpleasant bitterness I usually associate with Summit’s brews. On draft at Old Chicago in Eagan, 3/7/07.
