Finnriver Forest Fir cider, a light, crisp cider with bright citrus and earthy resinous notes. Tastes like alpine air and a walk in the woods. Made from a base of organic Washington and heirloom apples with spring fir tips harvested from the forest at Finnriver.

Crystal clear tan without a sign of carbonation. The quietude and simplicity of a fir forest. Nose of fresh cut wood. Not distinctly fir, but woodsy along with a spritz of apple. Body is quite woody and sawdusted, which overpowers the apple, but it stays interesting. Dry, woody finish with a touch of hops.
