Flavor and Palate : Malty , toasty sweet base with citrus sided hop feel. More of amber like in style than IPA. Still quiet nice ale.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 micronaut129 (80) - chalfontborotowntonville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 20, 2012
An amber color hue thus red wagon is. On top sits a fluffy and dense off white head thats abit small. It fades to some nice lacing. Very lightly carb’d. Aroma is a mixed bag of hops and malts. Taste off sweet malts maybe even vienna since I can pick up fainted toasted malts. Hops are light. Medium weight on the palette, dry and a clean finish. This beer is pretty much just average at best.

Pours copper with a thin off white head. Smells of earthy hops, some resiny hints. Tastes of resin, peppery, some honey, some light bitterness on the finish.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jcweaver (440) - VA Beach, Virginia, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Bottle. Pours copper with a small off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with just a hint of hops. Flavor is lots of caramel sweetness with some nondescript hop bitterness (floral/herbal?). Too much sweetness and not enough hops.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 b3shine (215) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2012
Looks okay; a little dark and opaque for an IPA, but you never know... Smells decent; good, but a little malty for an IPA. Tastes Like a low-IBU pale ale. It’s good, but it’s no IPA. Palate is good (and why wouldn’t it be?). Overall, a good light pale ale - and a poor IPA.

Bottle. Toffee malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Amber color with small head. Sweet orange toffee malt and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Not bad.
2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 asheft (2072) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 12, 2012
[bottle--thanks Cyrus_B!]
Slightly oxidized, spicy melanoidin-watermelon aroma with notes of sour banana and acidic tropical fruit. Clear bronze under a lasting, almost white cover. Flavour is more like an Old Ale than an IPA: oxidized sour nuts, watermelon, and bitter cardboard. Medium body, moderate carbonation, almost clean finish.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 kerenmk (414) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 6, 2012
Bottle. Beer of the month club. Pours hazy copper with minimal head. Nose: candy, very sweet and malty. Mouth: crisp and very bitter. Medium dry finish, high carbonation, light aftertaste. Good beer.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 19Ei8hty (997) - Washington, USA - JAN 19, 2012
I would say it is extremely bland but there really isnt anything extreme at all about this. Stale, indistinctive, malt body. Maybe a little crackery but nothing special or enjoyable. Not hoppy at all. No citrus, pine, or other standard hop characteristics. Nice looking buck on the label - would rather have some nice venison than drink more of this.
