Slightly hazy light amber coloured body with copper and a thin tan head. Aroma of light hops, sugar, a touch of malt and some small amounts of fruit. Medium-bodied; Assertive sweet and fruity flavour with apples, pears, lemons, malt, raisins, earth and a hint of cherries. Aftertaste shows some metal, malt and sweetness and a hint of light hoppiness noticeable. Overall, a decent IPA with much less hops than expected, but a good flavour profile and some decent flavours. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Portland (downtown), Oregon earlier in the day on 11-April-2013 for US$5.49 sampled later in the day in my hotel room here in Portland.

Hazy dark amber body with a tall, 3 dimensional off-white head.
Nice hop aroma of tropical fruits.
Light sweet flavor with some bitterness at the back. Needs more flavor to keep up with what you expect from the aroma.

Mild hoppy aroma, sweet taste. I enjoyed it with some Thai food, and noticed a fruity flavor.

Bottle. Pours a darker amber color with a somewhat slight white head. Little musty, like something has been moist and starting to go bad. Not very bitter. Never would have pegged this as an IPA.

pours a semi-cloudy amber-orange with a small off-white head, and good lacing.
smell is of hops, grain, a touch floral, a little corn, hops, and malt.
taste is thick, grainy, hops, malt up front, and a little caramel. ends chewy and a little bitter.

Bottle. Poured amber with a creamy off-white head the settled to a ring. Both the aroma and flavor found caramel with light citrus backing. Medium body and a mild bitterness.

I really enjoyed this beer. Very enjoyable for the 6.8%. I will definitely seek this one put again. Nice work.

2012 Salem Bite and Brew. A mild IPA Sweet caramel and light bitterness. Smooth finish.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours copper with a foamy 3 finger off-white head. Aroma is floral and light pitted fruits. Med body. Flavor is roasted malt with floral and fruity hop. This seems more APA than IPA at first, but the hop is gaining with time. Rather mellow. Call anything English and I’m a sucker for it. Finishes roasty malt flavor, but not really sweet thanks to the hop. Sort of bitter finish, but floral/fruity rather than citrus/resin.

Bomber. they call it a NW IPA with an English twist but I’d say it leans more heavily toward the English side. Decent IPA but fairly average.
