3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours hazy copper with a 3 finger foamy/creamy light beige head. Which does some ring lacing. Aroma is sort of sweet burnt malt (not black - just singed) with some hop thatís light pitted fruit. Kind of a creme brulee aspect here. Med + body. Flavor is very hoppy - mostly light pitted fruit, but a little floral, not get citrus, but arguably a bit of resin. The caramel is moderately but seriously toasted/roasted. Finishing damn hoppy - but not NW harsh and burning. Sort of earthy finish. Good stuff.

Draught. Iím not totally sure I got what I asked for on this one. The server insisted this was the NW IPA I asked for but wow this thing was spicy and lacking hop bitterness. Sure did taste like a belgian wheat.
