Ok another Fire Station 5 brew aka Fred Meyers generic beer. Comes in a long neck brown bottle with the ficticious Fire Station on the front. I was suprised at how good this beer actually looked , very nice hazy almost orange colour with a fantastic pure white head..very well done looks like a Hefe. However the smell was a big let down..nothing to speak of actually smelt like a plain old macro lager. The taste too was very thin and weak..some sour ness and a little wheat..but not good at all for a hefe..or even an American style Wheat beer. Mouthfeel is pretty average not too offensive. A not very drinkablke hefe this is definatlly a 2nd class product..avoid ( especially as they charge about the same as "real" label hefes.

Not too much of a nose to speak of. Very small flavors of a wheat. Nothing to get excited about at all.

Perhaps my palette was going for the night, after the amount I had to drink last night, but I sware this beer did not have a scent, absolutely nothing to it. Easy to drink, because there is nothing there, like drinking water, but not in a bad macro-swill kind of way. I was left wanting.

No aroma, can't get over that. Oily appearance, german wheat flavor with lots of citrus notes, musky palate and makes me want a real wheat beer.

From the start this wheat was unlike any other I've ever had. The light amber color was a little darker than I'm used to. Spicy nose with even a possible hint of cinnamon. Medium bodied and dry. Slightly acidic from start and finishes on a sour note. Not a bad beer but I wouldn't seek it out anytime soon.

Dark sraw colored. Fruity hoppy aroma, with a touch of bread. Semi-dry with a slight-nutty sour finish. Just kinda OK.

wheaty with slight banana esthers, slightly cloudy and dark yellow, watery body, hoppy with a dry wheaty finish, unwelcome bitterness
