Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Rather light golden yellow color, clear, with a medium white head. Aromatic of malt, butter, hops. Similar to a Pilsner Urquel. Clean and fresh. Rich malt flavor, strong grain, cereals, with buttery flavor, and good hop bitterness. Chewy, biscuity, and very well balanced. Great bitterness for a pils. Dry, hoppy finish, with decent malt backing. A good, real pilsner.
