IPA is not my favorite style of beer, but I will have to admit that I really enjoyed this one. Poured light copper with a white head that did not want to go away. VERY hoppy! I just could not put it down! If there, this is a must try, even if you don’t like hoppy beers...you will enjoy this one

Had on tap at the restaurant. Pours brown with a thin head. They actually serve this beer in a snifter... proper glassware... impressive!!! Huge hoppy aroma is captured by the belly of the glass and also my nose. I pick up a little bit of citrus and a bit of pine, very earthy. Flavor is a huge. Very hoppy, very very bitter, makes me very happy. A bit of a gritty bitterness. Still drinks smooth though. It’s great to see this that this brew pub doesn’t hold anything back when creating their beers (like so many others). This beer has got balls! Cheers to that!!!

Draft at The Bistros DIPA Fest; Clear copper with a huge off-white head, the way it foams makes it look nitro-pushed; nose of citrus hops; flavor of citrusy hop bitternes witha bitter finish; Kind of medium-low of the beers here.
