Ale_Drinker (1021), Sunnyvale, California, USA Sep 26, 2007 This beer is a perfect rendition of a traditional oktoberfest. Pours deep copper with a thin head, mild carbonation. Aromas of toasted caramel. Flavors are a big and bold, lots and lots of sweet malt, and of course more caramel. Super smooth and round mouthfeel, slightly creamy. Finishes with a faint residual sweetness. A very fine specimen. My girlfriend was yapping/crying away about some drama bs about her ass. Luckily, I was able to completely tune her out and focus in on this piece of art. I owe you one Firehouse.
