A - Slightly cloudy golden orange color with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head fades down slow leaving behind some nice lace. S - The aroma is a mix of belgian yeast, citrus hops, some sweet caramel malt, and some spice. T - Starts off with some sweet caramel malts with some grapefruit and citrus hops and some belgian yeasts. Through the middle, some bitterness comes through along with some yeast spices. The finish is a mix of hops, caramel malts, yeast, some bitterness, and some lemon peel. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a nice dry finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice balance of IPA elements with Belgian elements with the hop and yeast flavors.

On draft at FireHouse Grill & Brewery Sunnyvale. Arrived in a belgian glass, a nice orangey amber color, hazy with a small white head that diminished quickly to a ring of bubbles with stringy lacing. Aroma is a little bready and fruity, hints of orange peel, and belgian spices with floral and citrus hop character. Flavor of a nice belgian triple, loaded up with american hops, ripe summer fruits, spicy, bready yeasts, a bit of candy sugar all overshadowed by the bold grapefruit and pine hoppiness. Nicely balanced brew, leaves a lingering orange juice, pepper and lime peel finish. Medium full body with pleasant tingly carbonation that foams a bit on contact with the tongue.

On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours blonde with a thin off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a fruity flavor with a noticeable yeast presence. Tastes like a Tripel with extra hops.

FIRST, on tap at the brewery.

Appearance: Pours a super cloudy amber gold with a thin white head.

Aroma: Perfumy banana and custard.

Taste: Belgian wheat like banana, citrus, juicy fruit. Not very bitter at all with a fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied with creamy carbonation.

Overall: Not hoppy or spicy enough to be an IPA. Would make for a nice Belgian ale or Belgian Tripel.
