COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crystal malt gives this medium bodied ale its pleasant and refreshing flavor. Cluster and Willamette hops are introduced at various times during the brewing process to provide bitterness and aroma.

Draft at the brewery. Not bad. Very mild flavors of hops and sweet corn. Pretty good.

Nice amber color,no head to speak of.The armoa was caramely with a mildly sweet side sort of coming through and a decent hop presence. The flavor was pretty good nice malt side some fruit and hops with a decent hoppy finish that is slightly bitter but nicely done.Over all not bad makes me wish there was a place like this in my area so i didn’t have to drive so far.

Another good beer at the Firehouse. Had a little different aftertaste then most other amber ales but i liked it. The Firehouse does a good job in brewing different types of beers in the great state of south dakota

Not bad for an amber ale but it had an almost fruity/hoppy aftertaste. I wouldn't know how to explain it. It definitely doesn't come close to the Firehouse's Brown Cow Ale, thats for sure.

Decent ’red’ ale. Tasted similar to the Barely Blonde ale. Very drinkable on tap at the brewery. Not sure how this would taste bottled, I probably would not buy it often.
