On tap at the brewpub 8/26/05: Fairly clear golden and started with a pillowy cushion. I can’t pin down the musty flavor ... almost like parsley. Other than that unpleasant veggie sense, this is bad Bud.

On tap at the brewpub. A cloudy gold unfiltered wheat beer. Fruity and flowery aroma, slightly banana-like. However, not a pronounced aroma by any means. The big fluffy white head remains atop the beer half way through it. Worst part was the taste- extremely metallic and cidery. This unpleasant aftertaste lasts and lasts. Somewhat fleeting wheat-like flavor while the beer is in your mouth. A quick flavor with no bitterness. That horrid metal aftertaste just won’t go away.
