Appearances was clear straw gold with fizzy white diminishing 1 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are simple sweet biscuit, pils malt with slight spicey hops, no alcohol. Taste are sweet pils, toasty malts with herbal, spicey noblist hops. Palate are crisp smooth CO2 with light -medium body, average length soft balanced pils finish. A good effort, but...

12 oz bottle from Tipsy’s. Blonde and clear with an average white head and patchy lacing. The nose is pale malts, banana bread, noble hops and light herbs. Similar flavor, crisp with mild malts and a light, earthy, spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium body with a clean feel and a smooth finish. Highly quaffable.

Last beer sampled at the LA Beer Fest... Oh man, i was way buzzed by this point, and my palate was shot, but I do remember that it was crisp and refreshing, and not much else.

Clear golden yellow with the slightest bit of haze, a full bright white head that retained well and left nice lacing. Slight grassy hops and earthiness on the nose, some wheat and hay as well. Flavors mirrored the aroma, featuring bright hoppy notes. Light bodied, very lively carbonation, but misses the soft mouthfeel of a true pilsener. Extra points for the worthy cause.

Sampled on 8/13/2010. This blonde ale pours a light to medium orange gold color from a 12 oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, grainy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied blonde ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral. Sweet and fruity, with a touch of honey. Decent carbonation. Its smack dab in the middle of the BJCP guidelines for a blonde ale though. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Draft @ Coronado Firehouse Bar and Grill, Coronado, CA. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy bready flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Very light malty/corn aroma coming off a clear yellow body with a foamy white head. There’s some clean biscuit malt flavor but that’s about it. I’m sure there are some hops in here but they’re very light and not the crisp hops of a true Pilsner. Everything about this is light through to the end. While it’s not the most exciting beer, there’s nothing offensive about it either. A very easy drinking lawnmower beer.

Bottled. Yellow clear. Some sweetness and malts but otherwise pretty plain. Not awful.
