It’s not a unique idea, but one that everyone on the Central Coast understands… Call something “805” and it means local. As a regional craft brewer we have always known that the closer the beer is to where it was brewed, the fresher it is. In fact since 1996 our brewery has been built on fresh, local beers for the Central Coast…. so we created a beer just for our locals in the “805”.

Hope you like it… FW

Great blonde character - crisp, fresh and satisfying. Perfect lake beer or backyard bbq. Nice and sessionable with a light to medium body, citrus notes with light hops to add texture.

Keg at weird Mexican dive bar in oceanside. Okay, it’s called Stoney’s. Clear gold with weak foam. Nose is apple juice box. Taste is apple, paper, sugar, juice box. Uh.

Pours a yellow-light orange with a half finger white head with a little lacing. Aroma is of biscuit malts, bread, sweet malts, light grassy hops, and light grassy and pine hops. Taste is similar to the aroma but a bit more robust. Has a medium-light body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, slightly bitter, medium, crisp finish. Overall, a decently tasty golden ale that is a nice session beer on a hot summer day.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2014 Bottle. Clear gold with a white head. Aroma is wheat and apricot. Taste follows and has a weird funk. Medium mouthfeel and little carb. Not wonderful.

Bottle. Light brown. Sweet nutty malt aroma. The taste adds brown sugar and light pilsnery malts. Good stuff ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Firestone delivered a decent blonde. This beer has a lot of sweet citrus notes. Goes down smooth but feels a bit heavy in the belly. I would suggest it for the summer season.

This was a blonde ale, there isn’t much to say besides that it had a bit of malty sweetness, a light body and crisp finish, easy to drink

Literally copy and pasting BIGBISH’s review:
"This is a decent, easy drinking blonde beer. Nothing crazy or exciting, just a nice beer to drink all day while sitting outdoors."
That with a tinge of honey in there makes this for an exceptional session ale to toss back on those 100 degree days in summer!
