It’s not a unique idea, but one that everyone on the Central Coast understands… Call something “805” and it means local. As a regional craft brewer we have always known that the closer the beer is to where it was brewed, the fresher it is. In fact since 1996 our brewery has been built on fresh, local beers for the Central Coast…. so we created a beer just for our locals in the “805”.

Hope you like it… FW

Poured from a can into a pint glass I really enjoyed it this time compared to the bottled version. The appearance is sharp with a thin white bubbly head and a pristine as fort knox gold color. The aroma does not lend much but some light straw and cereal and dash of honey. The taste is light and crisp with a perfect equilibrium between light, dry cereal grain and light honey.

Quickly becoming a favorite. A nice change from the overly hoppy tastes that the local breweries try to produce. Has an exceptional light hop aftertast. A great refreshing change from the domestic and Mexican yellow fizzy that is common. A gooo introduction into the world of hops. Not the best ever, but VERY drinkable.

Canned on last Vegas Strip. Gold and inoffensive. I couldn’t finish it but it was perfectly fine.

Alla spina. Una golden ale bionda, poco profumata, non particolarmente intensa dalla luppolatura standard. Senza infamia e senza lode.

August 4, 2016 - on tap at the Pub in San Fran. Clear golden pour with limited head. Aroma was sweet malt and grain. Taste was light and refreshing, a little more grainy than sweet, but relatively balanced.

On draft at Geezers. Pale gold color with a white, rocky head. Malty aroma with hints of caramel. Light body and lightly bitter finish. Easy to drink, but nothing special.

Tasted from draft. Pours a clear gold with white head. Good lacing. Aroma is caramel, grass and grains. Taste is moderately sweet with no detectable bitterness. Flavors of caramel, toffee, earthy grains. Solid for a blond. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not bad for a general ale. Not too much complex flavors but crisp and some yeast, hop flavors.
