Fiery red-orange, transparent with a fizzy head that dies in a second. Incredibly seedy raspberry nose with huge buttery dough balance, faintly vegetal but sweetness dominates. Highly fizzy front palate, very syrupy raspberry, high co2 bitterness leaves the synthetic note, sandy vanilla dough mid, sweeter before the watery end, too thin and co2 strained olive-bitterness, fizzy citrus soda finish, tons of citric acid through the end, cheeks sticky and burning.

Pour is an orange amber color with a faint haze and a small amount of white head. Nose is lactic cream, a touch of mushroom, citrus and lemon, fairly tart, faint seedy tart berry. Taste is a bit more raspberry, lactic cream, fair bit of citrus and some berry notes in the back, semi moderate lactic acidity, softer syrupy body, moderately high carbonated, quite dry tart finish.

Bottle split two ways. Pours pink with light white head. Aroma upfront jammy raspberries, some honey, light doughy malt. Taste is sharp acetic tartness that is cut by jammy sweet berries. FInishes crisp and clean without too much funk.. Love it.

Bottle shared by daknole. Thanks bro! The beer is a beautiful ruby hue with a thin, wispy head. Funky brettanomyces with raspberries, oak, vanilla. Similar to a raspberry lambic. A fabulous beer. One of the best raspberry wild ales I have had. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Colin for sharing this beauty. Pours hazy gold. Aroma: peach sweet tarts. Ripe fruit, poop, sweet, delicious. Taste: Sweetness makes my teeth hurt, but tartness makes my face pucker. This is delicious. Palate: Light body, slick texture. Overall: Very sweet, but oh so awesome.

Poured from a bottle obtained from the brewery during the Firestone Walker Invitational. I had this fresh and then today about three months old. Aroma is of sour raspberries and some apple. Appearance is a cloudy orange pink with a one finger white head that vanished within seconds. Taste is a nice fruity sour raspberry with a good blend of sweetness to offset the sour. Palate is that of a good chuggable beer though I prefer to take my time. Had this with a meal and drank it more like a wine. Also had this after working ouside and pretty much poured it down fast. Both were delicious. I definitely recommend this. Cheers!

Poured from a bottle purchased at Firestone Walker into a Firestone Walker snifter a light orange pick with a white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is lemony raspberries with funk in the background. Flavor is sour raspberries, citrus, some floral, bitter finish. Balanced nice on the palate. The complete package here.
