Bottle. I forgot the source. Probably bottleworks.

Light pink pour. Rich raspberry aromas with some acetic vinegar burning the nose if one inhales too deeply. Quite a tart sour, plenty of raspberry flavor but not all too sweet (nor to acidic). It’s beautifully done, but there’s no magic here. The funk doesn’t have the character to take it to the next level, and the beer, while good, doesn’t compete with the best of Belgian nor does it necessarily rise to the price point.

Bottle thanks to Tom. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong raspberry, funk, oak. Medium body, nice tartness, raspberry, light oak, dry finish, very nice.

Batch 003 bottled 02/10/16. Nice wild ale. Complex flavors with raspberry tartness and vanilla funk. Will be interesting to try different batches. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Looks quite good pouring our of the tap this, with a blurry light reddish color and a bit light pink hefty lacing head on the top. It smells like sweet strawberries, red currants, raspberries and mild cherries. Really nice and inviting. Oh, its lovely sour this. Super refreshing. Lots of lemonic little tones. It also has mild little sweetness, balancing. Thin oily and about average on the carbonation. Really tasty, berry infused all the way. Tart and almost rhubarb sour in the finish. Nice stuff! 13.05.2016

37,5 cl bottle @ home. Batch #03, bottled 10.02.2016
Aroma is sweet and juicy with a lot of juicy raspberries – no surprises here. Very slightly fizzy palate. Flavour is tart with raspberry juice, some earthy notes and mild milky tones. Does not exactly hit my sour spot; most likely doe to the milky ones.
