3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Smoking meat, and a buddy dropped this on me on a wonderful summerish day. Smells of sweet vanilla and hops, tastes of slight vanilla wish a finish of sweetness. This is a very refreshing brew. Well worth trying out!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2016 Medium malt aroma. Pours a super clear red/tan color. Flavor is malt, with English toasty/nutty flavors. Bitter but no hop aroma. Has a strong aftertaste where the toast intensifies. Moderate carbonation, bubbly. Would like it to be sweeter.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
As solid as a recipe comes. It’s straightforward, noticeably English, and ever-so-slightly malt-forward. It still doesn’t quite capture the taste and dry mouthfeel of an English bitter, but it’s a great ESB.
