COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A British Pale Ale never tasted so fresh. We challenge our good friends across the pond to match this one. Can’t be done. We’ve honored the traditions of the great British Pale brewers of Burton-on-Trent using our patented Firestone Union oak barrels. You’re left with a mild blend of vanilla and toasted oak flavor touched with an elegant hint of English noble hops. DBA is the flagship of our company and wildly popular

Pours a dark amber copper with some lacing. Aroma is loads of cinder toffee but if you keep sniffing it’s oak and vanilla too. A regular bitter with a bit more booze flavours tagged on the end. They’re a better brewery than this portrays

Poured from can. Aroma of hops and caramel. Appearance is good lookin clear Amber with lacing. Tasting a healthy amount of hops, piney and floral, caramel malt, something herbal, yeast, marshmallow, oak. Has a sort of medicinal aftertaste. Palate is well balanced, nice drinkability. Overall, quite good, but I’m a bit put off by the aftertaste.

Pint at an applebee´s in Camarillo, CA. Clear amber in the glass, fine small light beige head. Decent malty on the nose. Taste starts malty, light toasted, little bit fruity. Followed by a hopy sequence, with some citrus. Malty aftertaste. Fresh and easy to drink.

From 12oz can to english pint glass. Pour is a nice brown/orange color, thin white head. Nose is roasted malt, light hop, caramel, doughy. Light medium bodied, sweet taste. Finishes super crisp and stays on the palate. Such a balanced beer, unreal.

Tap at the brewery in Paso. A dumbed down craft Pale Ale. Certainly malty rather than hoppy lift. Has the style but very commercial. Reminds me of the commercial Burton beers.

Smoking meat, and a buddy dropped this on me on a wonderful summerish day. Smells of sweet vanilla and hops, tastes of slight vanilla wish a finish of sweetness. This is a very refreshing brew. Well worth trying out! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can. 12/22/15 can date. Appearance: Light brown/Amber red, clear, off white foam head. Aroma: bready, toasty, vanilla. Hint of herbal hops. Taste: Toasted, bready maltiness, light vanilla, woody. Moderate herbal hop bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium with a light carbonation. Finish: Finishes toasty with a touch of lingering herbal bitterness. Overall: Really nice bitter. Maltiness is dominant and layered, with wonderful toasted bread aroma and flavor. Hoppiness strong enough to balance and keep it easy drinking. Oak adds a light vanilla complexity
